Dear Sir:-
Referring to your letter of June 25th last, in regard to the Chandler Mortgage, and to my reply to same dated July 1st, in which I informed you of Mr. Edison’s desire that you should represent him in any foreclosure proceedings which might be instituted in this connection, will you please inform me of the present status of this matter. Has the Mutual Life Ins. Co. foreclosed their mortgage on the property?
