B. October 13th, 1891. W. J. Jenks, Esq., Edison Building, Broad St., New York City. Dear Sir:- I return herewith the letter of Messrs. Dyer & Seely addressed to yourself, which accompanied your letter of 8th instant in regard to Air space Cut-outs. I think that the Cut-outs in question were on telegraph apparatus.
