Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith another letter which was received this morning from Mr. Eugene H. Lewis, in regard to an interview which he and Mr. D’Infreville desire to have with you re the Welch case. You will note that the case is expected to come on for trial the first week of November, and that Mr. Lewis deems it essential for the consultation to take place at once.
In accordance with your instructions, a letter has been mailed to W. E. Mallory to-day, advising him of Mr. Swarts’ dismissal.
