Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison duly received your letter of 21st instant, informing him that you had made arrangements with the Editor of the “Cosmopolitan Magazine” to answer through your journal all questions of an electrical nature pertaining to the subject of serial navigation, and stating that you would be glad to avail yourself of Mr. Edison’s advice in the matter. In reply Mr. Edison has instructed me to say to you that he will be pleased to render you such aid as he can in connection with the cosmopolitan’s scheme.
