Dear Sir:-
Re United States patent No. 213, 598, for Improvements in Machines for Separating Magnetic Substances from Grain, controlled by C. J. Reed. I have your letter of 29th ultimo in reply to mine of the 28th. Should we not send a letter to Reed informing him that owing to the facts revealed by the researches of our experts in the state of the art we have decided to stand suit? An early reply will oblige.
Yours very truly,
Thomas A. Edison
