Dear Sir:-
I return herewith the correspondence in regard to mineral lands adjoining the Saul property at Gardiner’s Station, which accompanied your letter of 15th instant addressed to Mr. Edison. Mr. Edison says in reply that he is willing to lease the property referred to, but he will not buy it.
