John H. Wood, Esq.,
No., 18 & 20 Liberty Street,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I beg to refer to you the enclosed communication from the Secretary of the Middle States Inspection Bureau, addressed to William Harkness, Esq., in regard to the sprinkler equipment at the Laboratory. You will see that they will urge the necessity of placing sprinklers between racks or case stands in the store near adjoining carpenter shop. Mr. Edison would be pleased to have your advice in the matter.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
