Dear Sir:-
Under his agreement with the automatic Phonograph Exhibition Co. Mr. Edison was to assign to that corporation his patents on coin controlled machines. The assignments have been prepared but before delivering them Mr. Edison wished me to ask you if it would in any way interfere with any arrangements that you might be contemplating concerning the Automatic Company. If not, he will let the assignments pass. Will you be good enough to advise me promptly on this point.
