Dear Sir:-
Your letter of 17th instant, inquiring about the Edison Storage Battery Cells which were sent to the Laboratory for tests, is at hand. We have experienced the greatest difficulty in obtaining jars for the purpose of this test and have only just succeeded in getting the same. Our tests will now be made without further delay and results will be forthcoming in due course. The delay which has occurred in this matter was caused through no fault of ours; it was due solely to the fact that the necessary jars could not be obtained earlier.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
Private Secretary.
