THOMAS A. EDISON
Edison Building-Broad Street
NEW YORK
July 8th, 1893.
Hamilton Miller, Esq.,
Edison Phonograph Works,
Orange, N. J.
Dear Sir:--
I beg to refer to you the enclosed letter from Mr. Smiles in regard to delays in the shipment of goods ordered by the Manufacturing Company. This complaint goes to you a little late, but I hope that you have re-organized the Shipping Department and are now making prompt deliveries shipments of the Manufacturing Company's goods. It is very important that goods be shipped with despatch, and you must give this matter your personal attention.
Yours very truly,
AO Tate
