January 9, 93. A. O. Tate, Esq., Vice-President, The North American Phonograph Company, New York City. Dear Sir:- The litigation now going on between The North American Phonograph Co., the Edison Phonograph Works and the United Phonograph Co., in all of which I occupy an official position, has clearly impressed me that I cannot continue as President of The North American Phonograph Co. any longer.
