Dear Sir:- Mr Edison requested me to write and inform you that he is clearing up his affairs and wants to resign as President of the Edison Electric Light Cy of Europe, Limited, and says that Dyer had better take it. Mr A.O. Tate is I think Secretary and Treasurer – I enclose you herewith the original memorandum handed me by Mr Edison Yours truly J.F. Randolph
