March 8th 1894 Alex Elliott Jr Esq. Paterson N. J Dear Sir:- I beg to advise you that Mr Edison made the following memorandum on your letter of the 3rd inst “I think you better close with Moeller $600. rental after 1st six months $300. Cash on execution lease to be deducted from 1st rentals due him and 20¢ ton Conc. with option to purchase any time within 20 years at 20000. dollars.
