March 13, 94. Edward B. Miller, Esq., Akron. Ohio. Dear Ed.,- When Ira and Mr. Crouse were last here, an arrangement was made by which they expected to make payment in full and [it was to release?] the [illegible] now in your hands. The deal as proposed has had a [set-back?] and I will therefore ask you not to release any of the [illegible] to anyone except with an order signed personally by me; also that you will keep this letter strictly confidential, and acknowledge its receipt.
