April 10th. 1894. German National Bank, 760 Broad Street, Newark, N. J. Gentlemen:- On and after this date all checks drawn against [illegible] and signed by myself, will bear the signature shown [illegible]. This is not intended, however, to in any way invalidate the signing of checks by Mr. John F.
