Dec 20th 1894 Miss Marion Edison Neusalza Saxony. Dear Miss Edison- I beg to enclose you herewith a Postal Card which came to the Laboratory regarding the North American Phonograph Cys Accounts, in which you hold five thousand dollars worth of Bonds. In order to receive your share of this Company which is in the hands of a Receiver you should make out a statement stating that there is due you from this Company $5000.00/100 worth of Bonds with interest from Nov 1-1893 at 6% and after making out this statement you should swear to it before the United States Consul and then forward it by Registered Letter to Mr John R. Hardins Presidential Building Newark N.J. It is very important that you attend to this as quickly as possible. Yours truly John F. Randolph
