Dec 16th 1896. I hereby agree to sell to Stephen F. Moriarty Two thousand five hundred shares of Stock of the Edison United Phonograph Company of New York for the sum of Thirty thousand dollars, cash, if the same shall be paid to me on or before the first day of January, Eighteen hundred and ninety seven, Otherwise this Option shall be void.
