Feb 15- 1897 Richard C. Winship Esq. 320 Chestnut Street Philadelphia. Penna Dear Sir:- In reply to your favor of the 12th inst., I beg to state that all I know is that Mr Moriarty is trying to put the Phonograph business in Europe on its feet, and I have agreed to give him special low rates for Phonographs if he succeeds, plenty of business can be done with a good profit.
