Orange N.J April 30th 1894 Treasurer Western Union Telegraph Cy- New York. I will thank you for a statement of the payments made to me under my contract with the Western Union Telegraph Company, dated March 22nd, 1877, as I think there is a balance still due me. The contract provided for the payment of $150. per week during the period of five years. No modification was made in the provisions during that period, and, unless [I am mistaken?], I only received $100. per week In these days [a little more cash is quite?] [illegible] in looking over some [illegible] to be corrected [illegible] check for the balance due under that [illegible] contract.
