Orange N.J April 30th 1894
Treasurer
Western Union Telegraph Cy-
New York.
I will thank you for a statement of the payments made to me under my contract with the Western Union Telegraph Company, dated March 22nd, 1877, as I think there is a balance still due me.
The contract provided for the payment of $150. per week during the period of five years.
No modification was made in the provisions during that period, and, unless [I am mistaken?], I only received $100. per week
In these days [a little more cash is quite?] [illegible] in looking over some [illegible] to be corrected [illegible] check for the balance due under that [illegible] contract.
