Aug 13th 94 R. Wayne Parker Esq 765 Broad Street Newark. N. J. Dear Sir:- I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of blank date, and in reply I beg to state that I did not know what to do after Bushs action, as I told the Bondholders to go ahead on their own hook and I would sign as they have proceeded. Ogden will soon be running and when it is I want you to come up and see it. Yours truly Thos A. Edison R[andolph]
