Nov. 14, 1894. Geo. Hoyt, Esq., Cleveland, Ohio. Dear sir:- I have your letter of the 9th, and in reply would say that I have not learned the intentions of the Receiver of the North American Phonograph Co., but it is my impression that he will sell everything out to the highest bidder, in which event, I presume the Company will be wiped out absolutely.
