Dec. 16th. 1895.
J. P. Ord, Esq., Second Vice President,
General Electric Co., Schenectady, N. Y.
Dear sir:
I have your favor of the 11th., which I have brought to Mr. Edison’s attention, and he desires me to say in reply that it is very likely that he will require to use the Bloomfield Factory in his work. If such is the case he believes that he will be able to rent it at a price that will net your Company in the neighborhood of six per cent.
Yours very truly,
[W.E. Gilmore?]
