Encloses estimate for central station at Davenport; 1000 lights @ $25K. wrt street lgihting, same as at Mendota, bid is only good if local company gets rights to build on poles. Cost of installation is $25.35 per light, but note from our proposal that our proposed street installation provides for 1759 lamps, "or nearly double the nominal capacity of the plant."
