Encloses estimate for Piqua; $13.8K for 500 light plant. "You will observe that the district we propse wiring covers 700 lights, or about one half more than the nomial capacity of the plant. For this size of plant the estimate is a particularly low one. At Mount Carmel Pa" we charged $14K for similar installaion.
