Delays by Bergmann in furnishing meters, etc. "We fear you too often overlook the fact that we are all only commencing to learn the rudiments of the business. It covers more ground and requires more study & exhaustive application than any other enterprise we know of and in proceeding to make a commercial success of a business of this kind it cannot be expected to go ahead with the clockwork regularity of an established business."
