- Editor's Notes
- TAE LS. Today rcvd letter from Rich who says that Newburgh is far enough along to go ahead withour portion of the installation "which we will do with the utmost dispatch." "You no doubt understand that my position in relation to the installation of these plants is simply that of a contractor, which position I have assumed on accoutn of being more thoroughly versed in the details and construction than any one else can be, owing to the superior advantages I possess as the inventor of the system, and from the fact that I should not feel safe at this early date to trust the success of my system to any person possessing less knowledge in regard to it than myself. ### You are also no doubt aware that my Construction Department is not a corporation existing with a capital, but that I install these plants and meet the bills for material furnished on account of them and labor performed in connection therewith" out of pocket. Asks for check for $7500 to meet Newburgh expenses. xxx consider selection and use for annotation dh 11oct06 xxx
