- Forty five per cent to company ten syndicate agreed minimum capital for any City to be in proportion to paris counting one million eight hundred thousand people thirty million capital if for entire country on total population off all towns over ten thousand inhabitants we to have voice in deciding capital & one third director this insures capital of at least sixty million dollars will cable exact amount tomorrow our company retains all business outside towns not having today more than ten thousand inhabitants manufacturing company five million to be formed when option declared when first pairs station lighted as per previous cable accept principle giving you percentage on factory reserve for consideration amount and manner calculating it accdpt payment five million cash additional to 45 percent when company constitute within three months after declaration of option Put up immediately five hundred thousand francs without security with company as consideration for option to place small plants in [leading] capitals these points discussed and agreed between two representatives banks forming syndicate & self for reference respectively another meeting Monday or Tuesday every body leaves town today till Monday Answer each point with desired changes not wise to pass for payments of more than half million before practical application lighting made
