- Editor's Notes
- Dear Sir I give you many thanks for your kind letters of the 21st inst, in which your point out that the differential ----tion I had the --- was correct coincides with that given by M--i--lls according to a change of definition made a few lines further on, which change I own had escaped my notice. I regret that the matter should have troubled you except in so far as it has let me hear from you.##I suppose you have seen Gray's new work on Absolute Measurements in two columes. From the theoretical point of view it appears to be admirably clear simple and yet comprehensive.####Yours very sincerely##A.E. Kennelly##P.S. Any mathematical investigation that I can help you in hour a private and unofficial point of view will always give me pleasure
