We have tested the sample of material unnamed but accompanying your letter of the 16th inst. We find that it is superior to Rorite in every respect except perhaps in teh support of flame, for this material w hile it does not nourish a flame takes longer to quench it than Bonsilite, Vulca[---] or Roxite. Bonsilate is by far the best. . . . .
