- Here to frame 389 are advice letters related to phonograph, fr. 315 is only one with any significant marginalia, other letters of interest are are several from Clarence Blake [AEI, fr. 331-38, 350-54, 366, 369, 377-78], whose correspondence with TAE is in the DF--this group of Blake correspondence should be examined together and some selection made from it; also fr. 362 is a letter from Prof. Mayer, whose corr is also in DF; fr. 363 is from J.P. Clark who writes to TAE about recording points after visiting him at lab, there is previous corr between TAE and Clark, here he also asks TAE for financial help
