Title
[MB130], Letter from Charles Batchelor to Edward Hibberd Johnson, March 27th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Yours of 29 Feb sent to me by Handford. The French pats are 143,386 (1881) (Gouraud) and 147,328 (1882) (Delaney) which correspond exactly to Brit Pats 2532 (1881) and 333 (1882). Will put up a small length of one and 50 meters of another at facotry to satisfy requirement for "working" the patent; will also help determine price. PS "I cannot leave here til middle of April as I must go with our new capitalist to the central station at Milan."
