[Two page handwritten letter, Drexel Morgan & Co letterhead] Will recommend what is fair for Upton. Ask him to come see me to discuss points. Whatever we arrange need not affect the figures in the enclosed. Get Edison's and the other signatures between now and Monday when there is a board meeting. Let me have enclosed back by noon Monday.
