In conformity with Fournad's letter, I send you copies of June 1883 correspondence (itemized), apparently about Armington & sims. Armington has been here and affirmed that we have right to build engines. C dynamo finished 15 August; like all first machines it has many little faults; on the engine we erred by making everything too good a fit. Would like to make economy tests; please authorize rechauffer and pump.
