Tried new dynamo first time last night; It developed so much power that the coil on the bobbin was torn to pieces.." Plans public demo os dynamo lighting carbon lamps "because everybody knows what thet carbon lamp is, and besides, because it isn't my lamp." Discusses distribution advantages of high-resistance lamp. Discusses plans for central station; mains cables directly under flagstones consisting of 1 wire for each house. Installation not too expensive. Disparages recent claims by Keely.
