- Ran w/ 1.2 ohm armature & 10 ohm field coil. "Worked very storng and didn't heat at all." One dynamo's brushes "melted as fast as they could be put on." With three dynamos in multiple arc, voltage loss on track so great that "we just moved motor while doing no work" at far end of track. Thinks voltage drop due to "bad joints." Then put two dynamos in series and drop "not so plain" but "armature got quite hot with car of Passengers."
