in the midst of undated lamp tests, probably from March, that seem to be include current regulation, following TAE note on best conditions: [this may well be Upton taking notes on what TAE wants] I am seeking to account for the irregularities in the lamp. I though perhaps the lamps might lower their resistance after a time. It may possibly be int he clamps leading to the lamp.
