"Case on process Filament first carbonized; then put in temporary vacuum chamber and heated to incandescence to set it; then taken out ahd dipped in carbonizable solutions; re-carbonized in furnace; then used in ordinary way. Fills up weak spots; no good unless set before dipping." Witnessed by Henry Seely.
