Supplemental agreement allowing Lippincott to handle the phonograph as well as the graphophone; selling price of graphophone shall not be over $100 but if it is the excess split evenly between Lippincott and American Graphophone; lease price not to exceed $100 without consent of American Graphophone; rights and patents of Edison to be available for purchase under 5-year option agreement with Lippincott; Lippincott to pay American Graphophone $10 on every phonograph sold or leased and one-fourth difference of cost for cylinders and supplies; if American Graphophone purchases rights and patents then $20 on each phono and haldf the difference on cost of cylinders and supplies; Lippincott to pay American Graphophone experimental expenses as follows: $15,000 first year; $10,000 second year; $7,500 third year; $5,000 per year over next ten years; graphophones shall bear patent numbers "phono quantities"
