[Enclosed are 11 questions regarding specs, expenses of Elight and Rwy; 2 concerning ore process.] TAE marg: "The total cost even in very bad countries would not exceed $5000 per mile all equipped, outside of freight & custom duties." Also, can't give price of black sand machine; have processed 150 tons per day.
