- Astronomical reasons are given for the outbreak of yellow fever and many other natural disasters. A physician and chemist says that germ theory is not widely accepted and that TAE must have some occult methods for believed that yellow fever is spread by microbes. TAE's methods will not do anything.
- Prof. Wiggins says cause of yellow fever in South is purely astronomical; leading physician/chemist says Edison's cure is based on assumption that yellow fever is caused by microbe or germ, which hasn't been proven
