- Editor's Notes
- Sketch shows both sides of "head" or switch of equalizer. When both sides are in this position (relatively) at same time, equalizer is right. If either segment becomes loose on shaft so that it does not move in harmony with its mate the equalizer will either fail to regulate or it will perform its work in an erratic manner. The equalizer is in proper working order only when the segments can be brought to the above position when rigid on shaft. In this position all the over resistance coils are in multiple there.
