We have this day received instructions from the Paris Commission that Feb. 15th is the latest date upon which goods should be received at the Steamer for the Paris Exposition. The first shipments must be made some time before Feb. 2d as the steamer sails upon that date.##It is quite essential that as much of our material as possible should be sent by the first steamer. Will you advise us at once as to the number of cases you can send on the first shipment. Giving the cubical contents and weight of such, also the complete list of contents for our own guidance.##Shipping tickets nd instructions will be sent you in a day or two. We hve reserved for you Case numbers from sixteen (16) to forty (40) for the present. Other numbers will be assigned later on.##We have adopted as our private mark[circle around pyramid with E inside] which you will please put on each case.##You will find enclosed Invoice blanks which you will please fill out as per instructions on the back.
