- In regard to the further sttements made by Mr. Johnson upon the following points: First.-- That Mr. Sprague shall, if desired, be immediately released from the contract now in force between him and the Sprague Electric Railway & Motor Company.## Second.-- That the Sprague Electric Railway & Motor Company shall co-operate with the German Edison Electric Company (Allgemeine Deutsche Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft), for mutual exchange of information.##Third.-- That an agreement shall be made to re-elect Mr. Sprague to the Board of Directors of the Sprague Electric Railway & Motor Company in the event of him so desiring.##Fourth.-- That all foreign corresondence reaching the Sprague Electric Railway & Motor Companmy and properly belonging to Mr. Sprague, shall be duly referred to him.##It was, upon motion, duly made and seconded,##RESOLVED, that the Committee will see for it that the wishes of Mr Sprague in respect to all four points will be complied with, and that the Secretary be instructed as to inform him and for the Committee to express their hopes that he will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the Sprage Electric Railway & Motor Co. [certified by the secretary]
