- Editor's Notes
- [Letterhead: Manager's Office, Edison Co. for Isolated Lighting] have about 50 light "R" dynamos and 9 "Z" dynamos in stock; since we have standardized our machines and slightly modified their construction, we want to dispose of these machines at reduced price; you're authorized to sell these machines for anything you can get above $500, which would include lamps, sockets, regulators, indicators, etc.; This is $150 less than the net price to agents on No. 2 machine; 60-light machine is very efficient and reliable with surplus capacity of 20 percent; some plants are running "Z"s with 100 ten-candle power lamps with excellent results; likely that plants like this at low price will be easity sold.
