- Can't acquire torpedo patent until July. Sprague motor developed a BUG but I made an invention that kills bug & applies equally to all dynamos; Sprague's Co to acquire it. Awaiting completion of car [for Sprague motor tests?] Motor won't develop HP needed by Panorama Ventilation. Vail said he had understanding with [Royce?] re: Electric light expt.
