No one is free to admit liability for service rendered but I don't like others to utterly [illeg] I will not answer you rletter today as I might regret it nor will I at this time discuss wheter or not I have recd my due on the Phonograph. It is not necessary for me to have a power of Atty from Mr. Johnson. ## The one question first to be answeres is Is he your debtor or creditor & if nso which [illeg]?
