Title
[Z400AE], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Theodore Puskas, February 10th, 1878
Editor's Notes
Edison to T. Puskas: Your favor of the 19th relative to the new reciever was duly rec'd. The principle of this instrument is secured by old patents. The new modification is not secured as there was no money in Serrells hands and I have never rec'd any reply from two letters which I wrote you about it. The original patent will hold it I think. Mr. Bailey is arranging so that all the future Telephone patents will be taken out as you desire.
