The subjects covered include the election of officers; major changes in the company's stock; and the tonnage of ore concentrates yielded from the Davenport mine. The spine is stamped "Minutes." The pages are unnumbered. Approximately 20 pages have been used. Loose pages inserted at the end of the book include drafts, letters, proxies, lists, and ballots. Approximately 40 percent of the inserted material has been selected. The items not selected consist of draft versions or duplicate information.
