Description: This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating primarily to the disposition of the common stock of the General Film Co. Most of the letters are by Benjamin B. Hampton, Leonard W. McChesney, and Carl H. Wilson. One item bears Edison marginalia. Included is a summary of the participating profits in the General Film Co. for 1909-1916, along with a summary of film royalties received by Thomas A. Edison, Inc., from MPPCo during the period 1910-1915. Several documents relate to a proposed Canadian corporation. Other items pertain to a suit brought against the General Film Co. by its preferred stockholders.
