This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the technical and commercial development of wireless telegraphy or radio. The items for 1904 consist of correspondence and memoranda pertaining to the stocks and bonds of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co. of America. The four selected items all deal with Edison's own stock.

Approximately 20 percent of the documents have been selected. The items not selected include unsolicited requests for Edison's opinion of the Marconi company, a statement of assets and liabilities, a notice of the annual stockholders' meeting, and documents that duplicate information in selected material.
